Weekend brunch at Covacha is served on Columbus Avenue in New York City’s Upper West Side, just steps from Central Park and the American Museum of Natural History. Rooted in the flavors of Western Mexico, the brunch menu brings together dishes inspired by Jalisco alongside a selection of crafted cocktails and seasonal offerings.
